He was formerly a Regional Economic Development Director in Los Angeles assisting in corporate relocations and was licensed in Los Angeles, as a commercial real estate broker, completing one of the largest industrial real estate lease transaction in Los Angles county.  He provided a full array of commercial real estate services to corporate clients including brokerage, consulting, leasing, sales, construction and property management.  


He provides those same commercial real estate advisory services now, in North Carolina, as a NC licensed real estate broker. 


Most recently, he founded and sold a national marketing magazine franchise, that targets affluent consumers used by businesses in the lifestyle, design, construction and building trades. He expanded the business to have offices in Denver, Charlotte, Raleigh, San Antonio and Austin. It presently reaches over 500,000 affluent subscribers and has over $25,000,000 in combined market sales.
